cancellation Policy

At Fort Bend Trailer Rentals, we work to keep scheduling simple, reliable, and fair for all customers. Because trailers are reserved specifically for your time slot, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation & Refunds

• 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of your booking.

• 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total rental amount.

• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your reservation at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, subject to availability.

• Reschedule requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.

No-Shows

• If you do not arrive for your scheduled pickup and do not contact us, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Returns

• Returning a trailer early does not qualify for a refund for unused time.

Weather Policy

• Rentals continue in most weather conditions.

• If severe weather makes it unsafe to tow (at our discretion), we may allow a reschedule or credit toward a future rental.
