Plain language rules for booking and renting a trailer from Fort Bend Trailer Rentals in Richmond, Texas.

1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website, by using our online booking system, or by renting a trailer from Fort Bend Trailer Rentals in Richmond, Texas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book a rental.
These terms apply to every visitor, every booking, and every rental made through Fort Bend Trailer Rentals, regardless of how the booking was made.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a trailer from Fort Bend Trailer Rentals, you must be at least 25 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of valid insurance on the tow vehicle. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including your contact information and details about the vehicle you will use to tow the trailer.
Fort Bend Trailer Rentals may decline or cancel a booking if the information provided at booking appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3. Booking and Payment
Trailer rentals are booked through our online booking system. The pricing shown to you at the time you complete a booking is the pricing that applies to that rental. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.

4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup is at our lot at 251 Gonyo Ln in Richmond, Texas. We will meet you at the pickup location at your scheduled reservation time and help get you hitched up and ready to go. Pickup instructions and other rental information may also be sent by text.
Delivery is available on request. Additional charges may apply depending on the trailer and delivery location. Contact us before booking for availability and pricing.
5. Renter Responsibilities
Once a trailer leaves our lot, or is delivered to you, you are responsible for it for the entire rental period. This includes towing the trailer safely with a vehicle and hitch that are appropriately rated for the trailer, operating the trailer in a lawful and safe manner, and returning the trailer in the same condition you received it, undamaged and on time.
Before towing, you are responsible for confirming that your tow vehicle, hitch, hitch ball, and other towing equipment are properly rated and compatible with the specific trailer and load, and that you meet all applicable insurance requirements.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, no-shows, early returns, and weather-related changes are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review the Cancellation Policy for the current terms that apply to your reservation.
7. Liability
Fort Bend Trailer Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a rented trailer. As the renter, you assume responsibility for the lawful and safe operation of the trailer while it is in your possession, including securing your load and towing at safe speeds in compliance with applicable traffic laws.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right or protection that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these terms, or from a trailer rental with Fort Bend Trailer Rentals, will be handled under Texas law.

10. Changes to These Terms
